None of the Housewives have had as many spin-off shows on Bravo that Kandi Burrushas. She had her own miniseries when she married Todd Tucker called Kandi’s Wedding. She had another miniseries for her family vacation (which is the most random premise for a TV show) called Kandi’s Ski Trip. She had a show called The Kandi Factorywhere she searched for aspiring musical artists. She even had a spin-off show with her girl group Xscape called Xscape Still Kickin It.
That’s a whole lot of Kandi on top of her being a full-time cast member on Real Housewives of Atlanta since Season 2. Now she has another one in the works.
Kim has been making guest appearances this season, collecting checks, and skipping out on all of the cast trips. Kim picking and choosing which events she wants to take part in did not sit well with the ladies. On top of that, Kim constantly brags about having her own show (Don’t Be Tardy) on the network and that doesn’t need to be a part of the ensemble cast on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kandi completely destroyed Kim for that constant dig in a fact-filled Instagram post.
Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are continuing the family business of reality TV! According to reports the couple has inked a deal and has been quietly filming a spinoff about their blended family drama called ‘Meet The Tuckers‘!
Married life has not been easy for Kandi and Todd from Mama drama, to combining a household with their two teenaged daughters while also trying to build a production business as a couple. The couple has also dealt with the sudden passing of Todd’s mother Sharon. All of the mishaps, mayhem, and family planning has been featured on Real Housewives Of Atlanta cameras and the couple’s previous wedding spinoff Kandi’s Wedding.
Kandi has seemed over the drama on RHOA this season and she hasn’t really engaged with co-stars instead focusing on her own family, including counseling with Todd, probably because her spinoff deal was in the works all along!
Married to Medicine‘s season finale attracted 1.917 million fans, which is a whopping 1.1 million MORE viewers than last week. Leading into the reunion specials, the season two average is 1.76 million. While I think it’s obvious that Married to Medicine cannot stand on its own (the numbers plummeted both times RHOA didn’t air in front of it), I think Bravo will grant it a third season.

The happy newlyweds shared that they were thrilled with the way the wedding reception went. They wanted it to be a big party and were happy at how much fun it was.
Kandi explained to Andy that the reason the wedding started so late is that they put down for guests to arrive at 5pm. The wedding was on a Friday and the figured with traffic, etc, that they'd be able to get it going by 7pm but the dresses weren't finished, so that caused a delay as well.
Last night was the finale of Kandi's Wedding. Of all of Bravo's weddings, this one may have been my favorite. It was really unique, the performances and venue were really fabulous, plus Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker seem to be genuinely and madly in love in a really sincere way. Am I crazy?
Before all the happiness, we have to wrap up last week's melodrama! With the prenup still unresolved, Todd bails on the rehearsal dinner but leaves his mommy Sharon there, alone, to fend for herself among the wolves. Or at the very least – wolf: Mama Joyce. Kandi and Todd have a fraught conversation about why he won't sign. Todd insists he doesn't care about money, but Kandi argues that if that's true he would sign. It's unfortunate that she's letting her 'Mama Joyce' show and arguing about leaving her husband something in her will if she dies – the night before her wedding.
Of course, we know Todd Tucker ultimately signed the prenup and tonight their Coming To America themed wedding takes place – much to Joyce's overt displeasure. "Me and my mother had an issue even before we got to the wedding when we were just at the hotel getting ready…she always thinks she’s right," Kandi revealed of tonight's drama.
“The wedding itself it was amazing,” Kandi gushed. “It’s over-the-top…the reception was the bomb. Everything came together!”
There isn't much to report on this week's reality TV viewer numbers. The shows either remained steady or gained a handful of viewers – no big losses, which is good, because most of these shows can't afford to lose any fans. On Sunday, Kandi's Wedding saw a season high with 2.557 million tuning in to see Kandi's bachelorette party, and Married to Medicine garnered 1.706 million viewers.
