Despite the summer weather, an icy chill has fallen on this episode of Teen Mom 2. Well, for everyone but Chelsea Houska, who is excitedly expecting a baby with fiancé Cole DeBoer. All she needs is her social media announcement because as we all know, it’s not real until it’s Facebook official.
Chelsea is feeling all the first trimester fun: nausea and tired, which is preventing her from taking a shower today. She’s also feeling anxious because it’s so early in her pregnancy and she can’t feel kicks yet. Luckily, she finds a heartbeat while using her home Doppler, so that helps ease some of her fears. A few days later, everything is confirmed by the doctor as a healthy pregnancy after Chelsea gets her first ultrasound.
Double Teen Mom 2, double the fun. That’s right, fans, we got a bonus episode this week and I’m ready to bring you the highlights.
Leah Messer is moving on to bigger and better things in the form of a $110K house. She brings the girls and her friend along to see it because apparently, the owners don’t mind if she creeps around the property with the camera crew whenever she wants. Motivated to sell, I guess! There are still numbers to crunch and a wheelchair ramp to put in, but she’s optimistic. She also remains optimistic about Ali’s determination to do normal kid things, even though she’s falling a lot. Leah says as much to Corey Simms at one of their drop offs and Corey agrees for some reason. Ultimately, Leah does end up getting the house and it’s only eight miles from the girls’ school, which she is thrilled about because that means it will only take her 15 minutes max to get there. It also means she will only be 45 minutes late instead of over an hour. It’s a win for all.
The countdown is on. Jenelle Evans’s baby number three will be here soon enough. The Teen Mom star celebrated the upcoming arrival of her daughter Ensley, her first child with David Eason, at her baby shower over the weekend with family and friends.
In comparison to some of the other reality star baby showers, it looked like a pretty low key event, but there were smiles all around to celebrate the approaching due date of Jenelle’s baby girl.
Teen Mom 2 – the never-ending saga of teen moms no more will return this January. Season 8 is rumored to be the final season. We hear this every year, but as the cast heads into their mid-twenties divorcing, marring, reproducing, and endlessly promising not to make the same mistakes, could it finally be time to say good-bye?
At this point it isn’t too shocking for fans (and haters) to question the parenting decisions of the Teen Mom stars. There is always some sort of controversy going on with these people. So what’s the latest? Instagram users are freaking out about pics that Farrah Abraham and Jeremy Calvert posted of their daughters on their Instagram accounts.
Since this is par for the course with the Teen Mom cast it is almost getting too easy to hate on them. That’s why it’s hard to tell if people are just picking on them because it’s easy to do so or because it’s justified.
Although Farrah Abraham’s love life – and life in general – can be tough to follow, things seem to be going very well for her mom Debra Danielsen. The grandmother is engaged to someone named David. His last name seems to be unknown on the internet as of this moment, but I bet we will know all about him soon enough. The one thing we do know is that the Teen Mom star approves of the relationship and is very happy for her mother.
Reportedly, David and Debra met online through a dating website called Elite Singles in July. Clearly, things got serious quickly since it’s currently October, but good for her. Hopefully he’s a good one. Farrah seems to think so. Don’t get me started on trusting Farrah’s judgment in any situation… I am trying my best to be positive over here. Maybe they’ve all matured?
