Vicki’s Vodka

The strange, deranged saga of Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers continues to get weirder by the second. Before Brooks was lying about having cancer on Real Housewives Of Orange County he was helping Vicki start a company called Vicki’s Vodka, which was launched with Robert Williamson III.

And for Vicki’s troubles she may be getting $132,000 out of the deal – a settlement that was initially awarded to Brooks! That may be the only good thing that ever came out of dating Brooks

Vicki’s Vodka was started as a partnership, but quickly dissolved into a never-ending game of who’s suing whom between Vicki, Robert, and Brooks. Was there ever any actual vodka? One such claim, filed by Robert, accused Brooks of hiring a hit man to whack him. Brooks managed to score a minor victory when a Nevada judge determined there was no evidence, and dismissed Robert’s case

Brooks Tells All

Just in case you need a reminder that Brooks Ayers is no stranger to scandal, he was once involved in helping Vicki Gunvalson launch a vodka line. Vicki’s Vodka went defunct after a slew of lawsuits and crazy allegations between Brooks and Vicki’s former partner Robert Williamson III. One such allegation being that Robert accusing Brooks of hiring a hitman to off him! Yes – that happened.

The accusation came when Robert filed a lawsuit against Brooks for, among other things breach of contract, fraud, and misrepresentations

The lawsuits surrounding the now defunct Vicki’s Vodka have lasted far longer than the company itself! Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers were investors in the company, which Vicki started with co-founder Robert Williamson III, but things went horribly awry. Don’t drink and do business deals, I suppose (and kid!)

The Real Housewives Of Orange County star has been battling the lawsuit for years, with Vicki and Robert going back and forth over Brooks involvement in their partnership. Robert even alleged that Brooks hired a hitman to try and take him out, but the embattled Brooks scored a huge victory when a Nevada Court Circuit judge has dismissed Robert’s suit as without merit.

You know who could use a drink right about now? Andy Cohen. You know he’d just like to throw back a stiff glass of Vicki’s Vodka to get a bit more press out of this story, but alas, that won’t be happening any time soon. It’s a shame, given the now defunct brand is giving Andy’s clubhouse some free (?) publicity.

Remember when Vicki Gunvalson tried to follow in the footsteps of many a Bravo housewife before her with her own brand of alcohol? Unfortunately for the OG of the RHOC, her venture ended in a big law suit. Now the Real Housewives of Orange County star is claiming that part of the story happened in Andy’s beloved clubhouse before an episode of Watch What Happens Live. #ExtortionbyBravo

Well Vicki Gunvalson's latest court shenanigans should make for interesting TV!

The Real Housewives of Orange County star was sued, un-sued, and then re-sued by her Vicki's Vodka partner Robert Williamson III. In response Vicki is not backing down from the man Brooks Ayers attempted to blackmail (and kill?) – allegedly – and is demanding a federal jury trial to determine who is responsible for the collapse of the partnership. Um…

Vicki claims she naively believed Robert was a competent business partner and that she was too trusting of his motives and behaviors. “Mr. Nicholson (Vicki's other partner) and Ms. Gunvalson believed everything Mr. Williamson said about his ability to help capitalize the business and distribute the vodka.”

Aaaahhh… never a dull moment in Vicki Gunvalson land, eh?!

Vicki has been trying to do the whole Bravo Home Shopping Network thing by expanding her empire to include one of her favorite things – no, not full lovetanks or deadbeat losers, but BOOZE! Unfortunately all is not working out. The short-lived 'Vicki's Vodka', which she promoted on this season's Real Housewives of Orange County, has been plagued by scandal and lawsuits.

Vicki's business partner, a professional poker player named Robert Williamson III, has sued her not once but twice(!) over allegations that she attempted to defraud him and was not serious about making the brand a success. All the problems originate with Brooks Ayers, it seems, who is also being sued by Robert.

Well Vicki has decided to simply pull the plug on Vicki's Vodka! "This lawsuit arises from the business decision of Ms. Gunvalson and her business partner, Michael Nicholson, an expert in blending and selling distilled spirits, to terminate the Vicki’s Vodka brand,” Vicki's attorney Paul W. Reidl explained Radar Online. Robert is also suing Michael.

Oh good lord! After agreeing to drop the FIRST lawsuit he filed against Vicki Gunvalson, her Vicki's Vodka partner, Robert Williamson III, is now filing a new lawsuit against Vicki and her on-again/off-again loser Brooks Ayers! Is this guy looking for publicity or what?!

Robert, a professional poker player and partner in Vicki's Vodka, is dragging the Real Housewives of Orange County star back to court alleging she breached a settlement agreement they had reached in order to end the initial lawsuit. Robert filed his new suit on Friday and he's including Brooks in this latest action as well. If you recall, Brooks is still being sued under the FIRST round of litigation Robert initiated.

In the new suit, Robert accuses Vicki of many of the same offenses as in the original suit: committing "fraud, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, breach of covenant of good faith dealings, misrepresented and unjustly enriched herself and intentionally inflicted emotional distress on him."
