The strange case of Camille Grammer‘s threats towards boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos‘ ex-girlfriend, Lisa Chynoweth, continues to get stranger and stranger. Today, more information surfaces about why Camille was allegedly recorded without her permission, making threatening comments towards Lisa.
In response to the shocking YouTube video that surfaced of Dimitri being deposed by his ex-girlfriend’s lawyers, he has sought a temporary restraining order!
RadarOnline reports that the restraining order was obtained in Dallas, Texas and states: “the court examined the pleadings and affidavit of Dimitri Charalambopoulos, and finds that Dimitri Charalambopoulos is entitled to a temporary restraining order restraining Lisa Chynoweth from releasing any deposition transcripts or videos regarding this case to anyone, directly or indirectly, for any reason…”
According to RumorFix, Dimitri is also petitioning the court for a gag order against Lisa to prevent her from further disparaging his reputation! “Necessity of gag order, sealing file, closing courtroom and confidentiality order,” the petition requests
“Dimitri loves his son and will hold Lisa responsible in court for her actions,” a source explains to Radar.
Unfortunately, the video has already hit the net, and it also featured a recorded phone call of Camille telling Lisa: “If you go to the press, I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imagine and they will pull stuff on you and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done. You don’t want to do that to Marcus.”
Many have wondered just why Camille would go psycho-bitch on the woman over a custody dispute, and as always, there is more than meets the eye about the situation. A source is coming forward defending Camille and allegedly exposing Lisa’s actions as a set-up to make Camille look bad and potentially extort her.
Allegedly, it was Lisa who contacted Camille first. “Lisa is the one that called Camille about a month and a half ago and she had a laundry list of issues she needed to address. Camille was very gracious in the beginning of the conversation and just let Lisa talk. Camille had a lot going on in her life because she was still in a custody dispute with Kelsey [Grammer],” the source–who is reportedly close to the situation–describes.
“Towards the end of the conversation, Lisa told Camille that the press had been calling her and brought up Camille’s children. Lisa knew about the custody battle and threatened to insert herself into that situation. Camille was provoked and reacted as any mother that loves her children would, period. Camille didn’t threaten Dimitri’s son, Marcus, she was simply saying that no child should have to deal with the fallout of their parents feuding.”
People are always trying to goad Camille into an awful situation, aren’t they? First Taylor Armstrong, and now this Lisa person!
The source adds that Dimitri is totally supportive of Camille’s version of events, and that the couple has never been happier. “Dimitri and Camille have never been closer and more in love. Camille has handled herself with true class and Dimitri is so grateful to have her in his life.”
“Neither one of them thought they were ever going to find true love again and be able to trust someone with their heart. They are a fantastic couple and are rock solid.”
The source also adds that despite Lisa’s accusations against Dimitri and Camille, he is a loving and devoted father. “Dimitri won’t trash her [Lisa] in the press though as she has threatened to do to him. He is a gentleman and will handle this with class. He is so grateful to have Camille in his life.”
