When you're Jenelle Evans there is never a dull moment. Which is probably a bad thing! In the latest travail of the Teen Mom 2 star's life it looks like her divorce will faaar outlast her marriage. She's on Kim Kardashian time apparently!

Jenelle was married for only a couple months before she separated and had six assault charges filed against husband Courtland Rogers and moved back in with ex-fiance (whom she also accused of assault!) Gary Head

Jenelle's overworked attorney reveals, however, that unfortunately while marriage came easy, divorce will not! “North Carolina requires a one year separation period before she’s even elligible to be divorced,” Jenelle’s lawyer, Dustin R. T. Sullivan, shares with HollywoodLife.com. BWHAHAHA!

Jenelle has expressed her desire to have annulment on twitter, but her attorney says that's unlikely to happen. "It’s an option; it’s extremely difficult to get an annulment in North Carolina,” he explains. “I’ve instructed her to just hold off on any of that [divorce or annulment filings] until she gets the criminal charges worked through.”

Oh, and another thing – there's no prenup so Courtland could end up with custody of Jenelle's Ke$ha memorabilia collection. And he also never signed a confidentiality clause that we know of, so uh-oh!

TEEN MOM 2 CANCELED BECAUSE JENELLE IS OUT OF CONTROL?

Speaking of Courtland, things aren't going so well for Jenelle's-not-so-soon-to-be-ex! He's currently on suicide watch because he is so distraught over his marriage falling apart! Huh?

“I wanted to die because I wasn’t with Jenelle,” Courtland told RadarOnline. “I just didn’t know how to deal with the pain that I’m not with her.”

“I can’t live without my heart, and Jenelle is my heart,” he adds. Courtland says he hasn't given up on his short-lived marriage to the woman he accused of being a drug addict and using during pregnancy. And he wants to rekindle things. Huh, again?!

In the meantime Courtland is recuperating from devastation? depression? alleged overdose? famewhoreitis? – who knows – in the hospital where he vows to get his life together.

“I am going to get healthy in this hospital,” Courtland promises. “I’ve been under suicide watch and I don’t even have shoelaces."

“All I want is my wife back. Jenelle is my best friend and I miss her.” Do best friends often accuse each other of drug abuse and assault?

Well, errrr… good luck and get well, Courtland. And at least Jenelle won't be able to marry anybody else in the next year!
