Nathan Griffith landed himself a THIRD DUI last September and luckily for us Teen Mom 2 cameras recorded the entire thing. The grainy footage featured Nathan resisting arrest, getting tackled to the ground, and being tasered. Nathan was arrested and released on bond paid for by devoted girlfriend Jenelle Evans.
Yesterday morning Nathan was sentenced to 30 – 60 days incarceration by the Horry County Sheriff's Department for charges related to his DUI arrest.
The Sheriff's department lists Nathan's sentencing charges as: Resisting Arrest; Interference with Official in the Performance of Duty; Threatening an Official in Performance of Duty; Giving False Name and Address. DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION, LICENSE SUSPENDED FOR DUI – 2ND OFFENSE DRIVING ON WRONG SIDE OF ROAD.

Nathan maintains he was not intoxicated at the time of arrest and that he was manhandled and abused by the police department. <Pause for hysterical laughter>
According to Starcasm, this is NOT sentencing for Nathan's DUI charge of which the minimum is one-year given this is his third offense. Their research found Nathan will stand for a jury trial scheduled for May 5, 2014 or about 7 weeks before Jenelle is due with her most recent pregnancy. Jenelle's due date is June 29th. Nathan probably elected the jury trial hoping to get a lesser jail sentence.
A friend tells Radar Online that Jenelle is not doing well without Nathan. Who will she play video games with?! “Jenelle is really upset and didn’t want Nathan to go away for so long,” the source reveals. "Jenelle is just going to hang out at home while he’s in jail. She said she was going to clean her apartment, chill out and spend time with Jace until Nathan gets back.”
Courtland Rogers is in jail too – maybe he and Nathan could be cellmates!? Or wait, is Courtland out again? Who can keep up?!
Meanwhile Jenelle has been taking her heartbreak to her old friend, Twitter.
"I miss yr touch already," Jenelle captioned this photo. Hey look – Nathan's just as orange as he always is. Maybe she could cuddle a bottle of Tropicana in his absence?
