Heather Dubrow wears ALC on WWHL

Heather Dubrow is officially part of the Bravo Home Shopping Network. Now that she is the proud owner of a new sparking wine, Collette, she’s no longer hawking her sit-coma guest acting career.

Reflecting on the Collette launch party weekend in Napa, which featured plenty of drama amid her Real Housewives Of Orange County co-stars, Heather explains she did everything possible to make sure everyone had great time, but alas, when Housewives and alcohol mix there’s only so far good hostessing and “trouble shooting” can go! However, she’s choosing to focus on the positives and her own impeccable success as a great hostess.

Beginning with Shannon Beador and her lifelong quest for vodka, Heather describes that she made it readily available. Just not in mass enough quantities? “A good hostess takes care of her guests and I try to do just that,” explains Heather. “Shannon has always been so gracious when I’m in her home, I wanted her to know I am thinking of her too. I made sure there was vodka on the plane to Napa and I had a full bar set up at the launch party AND at Bello’s home so she would have something to drink. I know she has a yeast free diet, and I was happy to take care of that!”

When inviting people to a launch for a champagne that’s not a champagne, it’s important to serve a cake that’s not a cake. Heather is nothing if not consistent. Yes, the “Collette” cake was for show, but the ladies did get their one bite of sugary calories. “The cake was fake for transporting purposes!” reveals Heather. “I also had them make two sheet cakes for everyone to eat, which we did! It was delicious and the ‘fake’ cake was beautiful!”

Viewers never got to see the real cake, nor did we get to see things get really raunchy at the vineyard. #ThankYouTamrasJesus  Apparently playing ‘just the tip’ was just the tip of the iceberg! “We had so much fun and drank so much wine, Eddie and Meghan [Edmonds] were doing pull ups in the party bus and Shannon and I were dirty dancing!!!” Heather dishes. “I hope that makes it to the lost scenes episode at the end of the season!”

Heather doesn’t comment on Shannon’s marital implosion, nor is Heather upset that Vicki Gunvalson wasn’t available to celebrate Collette.

“We really did miss Vicki and I was glad Tamra [Barney] and I called her from the party,” shares Heather in her Bravo blog. “It made her feel present. I am so proud of Vicki and all she has accomplished in her business! Your award was well deserved! Congratulations!”

Tonight RHOC returns. The ladies are still in Napa where Meghan and Shannon drama continues and then returns with them to the OC. Hosting her first charity event as Mrs. Edmonds, Meghan decides to leave Shannon off the guest list courtesy of #CateringGate, which doesn’t go over too well with the rest of the group!

Heather is forced to confront the realities of her out-of-control ‘dream home’ budget. Meanwhile Vicki and Brooks continue to battle cancer and turn to unconventional treatments when chemo isn’t responding.
