Kenya paid $515k for the fixer-upper, which is located 15 minutes outside of Atlanta’s wealthy Buckhead area, because she sees potential in the property. TMZ has a photo of the unfinished diamond in the very rough. Interesting – I’m pretty sure this makes Kenya and Phaedra Parks neighbors...
According to Ms. Moore’s realtor, Jeremy Smith, Kenya was searching for a contemporary-style home, but Atlanta real estate doesn’t have much to offer in that department, in the area Kenya wanted, so she decided to create her own dream home. Makes sense!
Kenya’s new house was under construction when the owner “ran out of money” and sold on the cheap. Currently the place is still unfinished and Kenya is expecting to drop approximately $400k on renovations. Once it’s all shiny and new, Kenya’s realtor says the house will be worth about $1.5 million
Kenya paid cash for the property and started working on her remodel immediately after purchase. She plans to have it completed before Real Housewives Of Atlanta wraps filming and do the big reveal on the show. I think we just found our season finale party: Kenya’s housewarming.
While Kenya has new beginnings in the housing department, she’s got old feuds in the Real Housewives Of Atlanta department. NeNe Leakes surprised the cast by showing up in Jamaica where and she made amends with Cynthia Bailey, but with Kenya not so much!
The former foes have been feuding on twitter, and Kenya accused NeNe of blocking her. #CeaseAndDesist
“I tried to tweet @NeNeLeakes a message but got this instead LOL #Blocked #SheUnfollowedMeToo LOL,” Kenya wrote.
NeNe denies it – OF course.
Funny Kenya should care because Krayonce blocked Reality Tea years ago. Bye Hater! (LOL)
Ah, well, the more things change, the more they stay the same. At least we have Kenya’s new house to look forward to! Let’s hope it doesn’t become another Life Twirls On…
