Real Housewives Of Orange County Alum Jo De La Rosa Got Her Nose And Under Eyes Done

A little pick-me-up before the big day?  The newly engaged Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jo De La Rosa is revealing her recent cosmetic procedures in a vlog published last week.  It’s been 15 years since the brunette beauty starred alongside Vicki Gunvalson in Season One of RHOC.  She was one of the youngest cast members in the franchise.  Gorgeous then, and gorgeous now.  But who would fault her for a little brush up to celebrate her 40th birthday earlier this year?

According to an article by People, Jo posted “My Plastic Surgery Journey” to her YouTube channel, explaining that she, “made a big decision to get a little face refresh.”

Jo announced, “I’m sharing my plastic surgery journey so you can see everything I went through.  It’s been about 6 months now since I got my nose and under-eyes done and I’m so happy with my results! Meet my plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Niccole, and his incredible team at CosmetiCare that made it all happen!”

So what did Jo have done?  She wanted to removed the “little swoop” on the bridge of her nose.  “I’ve been thinking about it for a really long time,” Jo admitted.  Another target were her under-eye bags.  The RHOC star explained that doctors would transfer fat from her stomach to the under- eye area that shows the most change from aging.

As she arrived at CosmetiCare in Newport Beach, California for a consultation, Jo admitted, “I’m nervous!”  The former RHOC alum and Dr. Niccole agreed that a Blake Lively nose is the goal.  “She has this really soft, feminine nose,” Jo said.

The vlog included footage from the morning of the procedure and final consultation.  A week after the surgery, Jo is seen on camera again with battle wounds.  She said, “good morning, it is about a week after I have gotten my surgery.  As you can see, I’m a little banged up.  By a little, I mean a lot.  We have raccoon eyes happening because [of] my darker skin.  Dr. Niccole said I would bruise, so that’s what happening here.”
Surely folks in Newport Beach don’t settle to walk about with post-surgical bruises.  That’s why Jo treated herself to V-Beam Lazer treatment to minimize bruising under her eyes.  That’s how it gets done, painful but worth it.  Finally, the stitches were removed.

It took six months for Jo to fully heal, and she included the big reveal in her vlog.  “My nose is a lot thinner…and then the bump that I had is gone,” she gushed, “it’s nice and smooth. My under-eyes are so much smoother with what they did.”

Jo concluded, “I’m just really really happy with the results, so thank you Dr. Niccole for an amazing job…So happy I did this glow up. I was so nervous, but everything turned out exactly as I was hoping that it would.  My face feels fresh, and that’s what I wanted.”
