BravoCon took over Las Vegas for the weekend. And all the reality TV stars were in Sin City for appearances, panels, and events. All to the excitement of Bravo fans, who want to follow the fashion, the drama, and the commentary.
And there is a lot to discuss in the Bravo realm. Tom Sandoval is still ostracized by fans over his affair with Rachel Leviss. The other seismic event of late was Carl Radke calling off his wedding to Lindsay Hubbard.
So naturally, there is a to comment on. And other Bravo stars were asked their opinion on matters across reality TV lines. Even Kate Chastain, who ended her reign as chief stew on Below Deck three seasons ago, is participating in it all and was asked to comment on the Summer House power couple’s split.
Kate laments missing “a good party”
During an exclusive interview with Us Weekly on Friday, November 3, Kate was asked to comment on the shocking split. The former chief stew, known for her sense of humor, gave her own personal take on the matter.
“Honestly if I had been in that situation, I probably would’ve just gotten married and figured it out later. Because it’s a good party,” Kate joked.
Kate was invited the destination wedding in Mexico. It’s not clear what she ended up doing with her travel itinerary, but any one of Carl and Lindsay’s guests could just pull a Katie Maloney and show up for a luxury vacay.
All joking aside, Kate did commend Lindsay for her decisions post-split and suggested that calling off the wedding was the right call. The professional publicist has been praised for how she handled herself. There was the dignified silence, followed by a gracious statement addressing the split.
“Lindsay is handling it very gracefully, and I’m sure in the long run it’s for the best,” Kate added.
