Admittedly, Tom Sandoval has done better than anyone expected on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. He’s had his fair share of trials. Unfortunately, the humbling hasn’t translated into true humility.
Tom is just as Tom as ever, making his problems everyone else’s problems, trying to play the victim and come out the hero. It wasn’t just the fans who could see that, but Tom’s fellow Special Forces competitors.
Lucky for Tom, his Special Forces co-stars were willing to pick up a great deal of his slack. JoJo Siwa recently went semi-viral for picking up Tom over her shoulders and carrying him back to camp. Now, JoJo has explained other areas where she had to pick up some Sandoval slack.
JoJo told Sandy, “None of us care” about Scandoval
On November 22, JoJo caught up with the hosts of The View, discussing just how grueling the Special Forces show was. “I think being ripped away from everything we know, you just get stripped down to your core,” JoJo explained. “You get stripped down to exactly the human that you are.” That stripping down brought out her no-nonsense attitude.
As Tom was struggling through the show, JoJo revealed the tough advice she shared with him. “Tom Sandoval was there and, of course, it was right as Scandoval was going on and so he was very in his head about a lot of things,” she prefaced. “I told him all the time, I was like, ‘Tom, none of us care here. No offense. Your problems are the least of our worries while we’re here.’”
“At some point, you do think there’s gonna be some sort of element of Hollywood. I knew we weren’t going to The Ritz after, I knew we weren’t having craft services. But I thought, like, we’ll see craft services but not be able to get to it. We’ll see the earpieces in the DS’s ear. There’s no earpiece. There’s no craft services.”
