No one has asked Tom Sandoval’s opinion about his ex-girlfriend’s new man. After the savage betrayal of Ariana Madix with her good friend Rachel Leviss, it’s hardly his business what Ariana would choose to do with her life. But he was asked to give his opinion on Ariana’s new man, Daniel Wai.
Daniel and Ariana have been doing the long-distance thing since hooking up at Coachella in April 2023. They’ve presented as an adorable couple, with the NYC based fitness trainer cooking for her birthday and keeping the Vanderpump Rules star smiling.
It’s clear to the public that Ariana is happy, and public opinion is delighted for her. She’s gushed about the safety she feels in the new relationship. But in case anyone wondered what Tom thinks about all this, he shared his thoughts at a recent event.
Tom doesn’t “really know” Daniel
At the Fox’s Special Forces Season Two finale, Tom was asked to comment on Daniel and Ariana as a couple by E! News. He answered, “I don’t really know him or them together, but from what I’ve seen, they seem happy. I wish them the best.”
Perhaps it’s relevant question since Ariana shared that Daniel participated in Vanderpump Rules Season 11. She exclusively revealed to E! News in October how much he filmed for the new season.
“Once or twice, but definitely not very much,” she said. “He’s not into the whole world of it all. It was very foreign to him, but I give him props for being a good sport on my behalf.”
Tom felt scorned
As for what Tom thought about filming the new season, he felt scorned. “It really hurt to see people sum me up to just one thing, especially people that I had been friends with for well over a decade. I was always the friend that showed up,” he explained.
“I was the one that was there. So, it was hard for people to completely throw all of that out the window and everything I’ve ever done and look at me like I’m some sort of foreign spy who’s been putting on this act for 15 years for this one moment,” Tom added.
But is there some vindication for Tom on the horizon? Not that anyone wants that for him. Season 11 allegedly reveals some details that were previously unknown to viewers.
Tom stated, “There’s a lot more to what happened. At some point, more things and details will come out and I think this next season of Vanderpump Rules you’ll see a lot more.”
