Eden Sassoon had one pretty forgettable season as a “friend of” on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Aside from her being the daughter of hair legend, Vidal Sassoon, her only other notable characteristic in terms of RHOBH was being a pawn for Lisa Rinna to spread a rumor about Kim Richards being “close to death” during Season 7.
However, there’s one person who might not be so quick to forget Eden – a woman who’s alleged in a lawsuit that Eden’s dog viciously attacked her and her dog.
The suit alleges that Eden’s dog was already known to be aggressive
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Eden’s Australian Shepherd, Winston, allegedly went on a biting spree while on a walk in LA, sinking his teeth into a lady named Olga Mill and her pup, Gus. Olga then filed suit to hold Eden accountable for the alleged attack.
Olga insists she and Gus were just minding their own business on a walk when Winston went berserk, totally unprovoked. It turns out that Eden wasn’t the one on the other end of the leash – a man Ed Munoz was handling Winston that day.
Now, Olga’s claiming Winston’s bite-fest left her covered in cuts and bruises. She had to stay in a hospital overnight thanks to a nasty infection. Poor Gus didn’t escape unscathed either, needing some serious vet attention and a stint in the animal hospital.
In addition to that, Olga says this wasn’t Winston’s first rodeo in the aggression department. She alleges that Eden allowed him out in public “knowing that Winston would seek to attack and bite anyone in his view.”
According to Olga’s side of the story, this whole ordeal left her with a permanent disability, scars, and a bit of a new look. And now, she’s coming for Eden’s wallet, aiming for a hefty sum in damages.
Similar to Eden’s unremarkable stint on RHOBH, she stayed quiet when asked to comment on the alleged incident.
