Rachel Leviss recently reported new details about Tom Sandoval in the wake of their abrupt split, with Kyle Chan reportedly involved. In Vanderpump Rules Season 11, fans have received some insight into Tom’s state of being post-Scandoval.

Tom admitted to feeling suicidal, something he’d shared with press outlets before. As it turns out, Rachel knew about these feelings on Tom’s part. She discussed some thoughts on the matter with fans.

Rachel felt Tom was going to “keep me in his grasp”

On the February 20 episode of Rachel Goes Rogue, Rachel addressed the question of whether she felt like she abandoned Tom. Billie Lee suggested that was the case in Season 11, Episode 3. Rachel admitted, “A little bit, yeah, I do.”

However, she added, “But, you know, I’ve been advised that that would be the best way for me to end it because if I tried to explain the reasons why I’m breaking up with him, he would figure out a way to get back into my good graces. I mean, I even tried to break up with him before he went on Special Forces, and I said, ‘I don’t wanna do this anymore; this isn’t healthy for me,’ and he was like, ‘Please don’t do this to me.’”

She continued, “Then he started talking about how Kyle Chan had to come over and start removing the guns from his house. I was like, ‘Please don’t choose a permanent solution to a temporary problem.’ Now I’m talking him off the ledge. And so, after he did that I was like, He’s gonna pull something to keep me in his grasp, so yeah, I just had to ghost him.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 continues Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
