Andy Cohen Dishes on Sutton Stracke Health Scare: ‘Was Not Faking’

Season 13 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was either a doozy or a snoozy, and not a lot in between. Fans were hoping to find resolutions to unanswered questions at the reunion, but we didn’t get a lot of that either.

During the final part of the Season 13 reunion, host Andy Cohen brought out a surprise. It was Kyle Richards’ sister, Kathy Hilton. Shortly thereafter, Sutton Stracke became unwell and required medical assistance. In an update, Andy spilled the tea about Sutton’s sudden exit on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. Despite what Sutton’s co-stars might believe, her medical issue was real.

Andy confirms Sutton did have a medical emergency during Part 3 of the RHOBH reunion

Andy launched into a play-by-play of how the day unfolded. “I don’t know if this is a bit of the supernatural or what because you will recall at the beginning of the reunion that Kyle had her crystal with her,” Andy said. “Okay, then she gave one to Kathy. Now, Sutton and Garcelle [Beauvais] did not know that Kathy was coming out. When I mentioned, ‘Oh, and then we’re bringing Kathy out.’ Garcelle goes, ‘Kathy’s coming out?’ and Sutton was like, ‘Kathy’s coming out?'”

He continued, “Then we play the clip package in which Sutton says some stuff about Kathy and now Kathy is giving Sutton the stink eye, okay? We start talking and all of a sudden, Sutton is like, you know, something is happening over there and Garcelle’s like, ‘Oh, she’s not okay. She’s not okay.’ I’m like, ‘Oh my god,'” Andy said. “Now I’m fanning her with my cards and I’m like, ‘Well get Annemarie [Wiley] over here. She’s a nurse anesthetist or whatever,’ like she can help, and so she came, but when I tell you Sutton was shaking like a leaf. It was no joke.” It certainly looked like a real emergency. I think Sutton would have gone for a fainting spell if she was pulling a stunt to escape.

John Hill replied, “She wasn’t faking?” Andy replied, “She was not. No. This medic was coming and he’s talking to her and she’s like, ‘No, I’m okay. I’m okay,’ but her hand was really shaking. Sutton was helped to her dressing room, and Garcelle accompanied her. When it was time for Sutton to go to the hospital, Garcelle spoke to Andy.

“Well, Garcelle was really insistent like, ‘Look, I want to go to the hospital with her. I’m her friend. I don’t want her to have to go alone.'” Andy regretted not asking Garcelle to stay, since both Sutton and Garcelle were the most verbal about Kyle’s marriage and had questions about her friendship with Morgan Wade. So, Kyle and her magic crystals lucked out!

Meanwhile, Sutton shared what caused her scary symptoms. She was diagnosed with dehydration, a severe case of bronchitis, and exhaustion.

Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock.

TELL US – DID YOU THINK THAT SUTTON FAKED HER SYMPTOMS TO LEAVE THE REUNION? WAS IT IN POOR TASTE FOR HER CO-STARS TO MAKE JOKES ABOUT HER SYMPTOMS?
