Love Is Blind Season 6 is easily the most talked-about season on social media thus far. Of course, the already-iconic season is full of dramatic moments and plot twists, which gives fans lots to post about. In addition, Season 6 is riddled with trademark quotes and sayings that fans are repeating all over the Internet.

Love Is Blind is a social experiment where singles date each other from individual “pods.” This means that each date is done from behind a wall. If a couple has a strong connection, they get engaged, sight unseen. Of course, this premise is dramatic enough, but Love Is Blind Season 6 was easily the messiest thus far. Fans definitely want to quote it!

“You’re Going to Need Your EpiPen…”

Jessica’s speech is going down in #LoveIsBlind history.

You guys knew this quote was going to be on here! Jimmy Presnell was famously torn between two women while in the pods – Chelsea Blackwell and Jessica Vestal. Jimmy ultimately proposed to Chelsea. When he told Jessica he had done so, she came out with her famous “EpiPen speech.” The speech is so iconic that Nick Lachey quoted it during the reunion when he told everyone to “get their EpiPens ready” for the drama that was to follow!

For the uninitiated, Jessica’s full speech to Jimmy was: “When you see and realize what you missed out on, you are going to choke. You’re gonna choke. You are going to need your EpiPen to open up your airways because you are going to be in disbelief of what you missed out on.”

Talk about your mic drop! The speech is of course all over TikTok being used for video after video as well. We’re surprised Jess hasn’t dropped any merch yet that quotes her speech. Speaking of…

“Go kick rocks with open-toed shoes”

Laura Dadisman was on the rocks with her fiancé Jeramey Lutinski after he didn’t come home until 6 AM one night. She was able to see from his phone’s location that he was with Sarah Ann, the other woman he had connected with in the pods. Because of this, it seems like Jeramey cheated on Laura with Sarah Ann. Both Jeramey and Sarah Ann deny that (and are now dating!)

Laura was supposed to meet Jeramey’s family the day after he didn’t come home until 6 AM. Understandably she did not, and the couple did not see each other until the dramatic lake party. At the lake, Laura went to speak to Jeramey, and he seemed angry at her, although he was the one who was out with his ex! Jeramey told Laura that he already removed all of her stuff from his house. Laura famously calmly told him to “go kick rocks with open-toed shoes.”

The Internet went crazy for this phrase, and Laura has since launched the aptly-named “Shop Kick Rocks” with merch. Make that coin, girl!

“Girl’s girl”

From the start of Love Is Blind Season 6, the female cast (for whatever reason) were constantly bringing up the phrase “girls’ girl” about themselves or each other. Popularized on TikTok, the term “girls’ girl” refers to a woman who sticks up for other women, no matter what.

I can’t be 100% sure, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this term popped up in every single episode this season. Between calling themselves “girls’ girls,” or letting everyone know who certainly wasn’t, the ladies on this season said this phrase a lot. I’m sure it will be difficult for fans to hear this phrase ever again without automatically thinking of Love Is Blind!

“My Person”

This phrase has almost certainly been said in previous seasons of Love Is Blind. Of course, unlike the first two sayings on this list, calling someone “your person” isn’t unique to Love is Blind, but cast members sure did say it a lot this season, which is why it earned a spot on this list.

In the context of the show, the phrase “my person” basically means the person one is supposed to be with. Some cast members used the phrase “my person” multiple times in the season but about different people – whoops! Because Love Is Blind contestants said “my person” so often in Season 6, tons of fans have been taking to social media to share content that pokes light-hearted fun at the series while using this phrase.
