Tom Sandoval Accuses Rachel Leviss of Suing to ‘Rebrand Herself as the Victim’

Just when we thought the Vanderpump Rules drama couldn’t get any uglier, here comes Tom Sandoval. The Pump Rules star just dragged Rachel Leviss for trying to paint herself as a victim in the aftermath of the Scandoval situation. Once again, the pot has met a kettle.

As a reminder, Rachel filed a lawsuit against Tom and Ariana Madix, accusing them both of engaging in revenge porn. According to Radar Online, Tom is now trying to have the case dismissed. Specifically, he wants her claims of “invasion of privacy, eavesdropping, and intentional infliction of emotional distress” tossed out. In new court documents, he and his legal team are trying to accomplish that goal by delivering a scathing indictment of Rachel’s character.

Based on the court documents, it seems like this situation might be one of the rare instances where Tom and Ariana are on the same side. Tom and his lawyers argued that Rachel’s lawsuit was “a thinly veiled attempt to extend her fame and to rebrand herself as the victim.” They accused her of “denigrating” Ariana and wrongfully trying to paint Tom as “predatory.”

The motion continued, “Notably, since November of 2023 to the present date, LEVISS has actively maintained a provocative podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue, to further bend the narrative to her will.”

Naturally, the podcast has served as a platform for Rachel to air her grievances about the affair. Ariana and Tom are doing it on Vanderpump Rules. Rachel chose to do it on her podcast.

In a recent episode, Rachel did open up about the ongoing lawsuit and said that the decision to take the situation to court didn’t come easily. She even said that she felt “guilty” for dragging Ariana into it. She still did it, which is part of what Tom’s legal team is criticizing.

On the podcast, Rachel explained, “Yeah, what I did was not morally right. But recording and distributing the video is also not right. So in … two separate instances, one is illegal, so, that’s hard. I do feel guilty. Yeah, I feel guilty for, you know, potentially causing more pain than I’ve already caused somebody.”

Between Rachel’s court cases, Tom and Ariana’s property battle, and all of the other nonsense happening with these people, it’s clear that the cloud of Scandoval is far from gone. The ripple effects from the affair are still being felt, over a year later. Stay tuned as we initially continue to follow the mess, every step of the way.
