Tom Sandoval to Escalate Legal Battle Against Ex Victoria with Explosive Evidence

Tom Sandoval is preparing to take the stand in his ongoing legal battle with ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson. New court filings reveal he plans to introduce videos, injury photos, and medical records to support his claims.

Tom Sandoval backs assault claims with physical injury photos and medical evidence

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Vanderpump Rules alum intends to present several pieces of evidence during evidentiary hearings scheduled for Aug. 13 and 14. The filings state that Sandoval expects to testify for about two hours as the court considers competing restraining order requests involving him, Robinson and her father, Will Robinson.

Among the exhibits listed are security camera footage from the June 3 incident and another video that Sandoval claims shows Robinson striking him. Sandoval also plans to present footage that he says shows Robinson’s father yelling during the confrontation.

Sandoval also plans to submit photographs that he says show scratches on his neck and ear from June 3. The exhibit list also includes images from June 7 that he claims document a facial injury. Sandoval also listed medical records from his physician and a police report related to the June 3 incident.

The latest filing follows Sandoval’s earlier allegations about an October 2025 altercation on his tour bus. He claims Robinson repeatedly kicked him in the groin during the incident. He has also accused her of verbal abuse, coercive control, and threatening to ruin his life if he ended their relationship.

Robinson has denied Sandoval’s allegations, including claims that she physically assaulted him. Her attorney told TMZ, “We will let the evidence speak for itself. This is simply an effort to continue to maintain his public profile at the detriment of Victoria.” No criminal charges have been filed against Robinson.

Sandoval’s representative has previously maintained that witnesses and, in some instances, video evidence back up his version of events. In June, the reality TV star was granted temporary restraining orders against Robinson and her father. Robinson’s request for a temporary restraining order against Sandoval was denied pending this month’s evidentiary hearing.

The court expects the upcoming hearings to decide whether the temporary restraining orders should remain in effect as both sides continue their legal dispute.
