Fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills already knew PK Kemsley and Dorit Kemsley’s divorce was going to get messy. During Season 14, viewers watched as their ten-year union started to crumble. Dorit took up smoking and yelling, while PK seemed to disassociate from his wife. Now, as their divorce heats up, the mother of two is starting to think her soon-to-be ex-husband is making calculated moves.

Dorit is making it very clear that she is over the games. The 48-year-old filed for divorce on April 25, just one day after PK was caught in a steamy make-out with Amazing Race alum, Shana Wall. In the legal documents, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star listed irreconcilable differences and is requesting spousal support as well as full custody of their two children. Dorit revealed to Rollacoaster Magazine that she gave up her career. “It was the first fight that PK and I had. PK and I were very co-dependent. I had my own business, I had my factories in Italy and in Hong Kong, so I had to travel and was selling all over the world. I was also looking to grow it bigger and bigger. PK and I were not the type of people to be independent,” she shared.
An insider spoke with Life & Style about Dorit’s next moves. The source shared that “Dorit has nothing against Shana. She doesn’t [even] know her. But she does think PK did it deliberately.” The source added, “Dorit’s seen the photos, and she’s calling it out for what it is — a calculated move. Dorit has finally found her voice, and she isn’t backing down. She’s ready to go to battle if that’s what PK wants.”
PK Kemsley hit back amid Dorit Kemsley divorce with his own demands
PK isn’t going down without a fight. Firstly, he has been taking to his social media and cryptically posting about his ongoing divorce. Most recently, the music manager wrote, “No one plays the victim better than the one who caused damage.” The Instagram Story has since been deleted. The divorce is getting ugly, and even though it started with an amicable press release, their feelings are both now evolving. In direct response to Dorit’s April 25 filing via Page Six, PK is now requesting joint custody of Jagger, 11, and Phoenix, 9.
And PK isn’t stopping there. He has also asked the court to disregard Dorit’s request for spousal support. PK also waives his own right to spousal support. To add insult to injury, PK is also requesting that both he and Dorit pay their own legal fees. Dorit and PK supposedly do not have a prenuptial agreement. This means there could be a lot of back and forth with this divorce. The couple has been rumored to have financial issues, so it will be interesting to see how their arguments play out in front of a judge.
Dorit Kemsley’s RHOBH storyline is confirmed for next season
An insider recently confirmed that Dorit would be given a diamond for Season 15. The offer makes sense since she really came into her own after finding her voice for Season 14. The fashionista did not find it difficult to stand up for herself, especially against Sutton Stracke and Kyle Richards. She wouldn’t let either get a word in edgewise and made sure to have the camera catch each battle. Dorit also didn’t hold back when it came to talking badly about PK. She blamed him for being an absent father. Even though she played coy during multiple conversations when it came to her issues with PK, by the reunion, she was more than willing to open up.
Without a doubt, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 will pick up on the ongoing tension between the former couple. If I were a betting woman, I’d say Bravo cameras were probably around for the days leading up to April 25 and the filing. While Kyle and Mauricio Umansky have managed to keep everything peachy for their filming, I’m not holding out hope that PK and Dorit will be able to do the same, which means that the drama will be piping out for when the new season finally premieres.
