Once upon a time Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson, and Tamra Judge were thick as thieves. But that time has passed and the Tres Amigas are no more. Tamra had a bad falling out with Shannon and Vicki following the former’s DUI arrest and despite seeming to move past it, it looks like Shannon and Tamra’s reunion is tenuous at best. At least that’s what she said on Watch What Happens Live.
For all intents and purposes, Shannon and Tamra seem to make amends during the Season 18 Real Housewives of Orange County reunion. They even hugged it out and said they loved each other. But sometimes you can love someone and not really like them anymore.

So how are Shannon and Tamra doing now? Shannon gave a previous update in April that made it seem like the girls basically made nice for the reunion but aren’t anywhere near where they used to be.
“We’re in a place now where we just exist,” she said previously. That hardly sounds like the stuff of rock solid friendships. But I guess it’s better than animosity. After all, while you can forgive a friend, sometimes you can’t forget. And Tamra definitely had a lot to say after Shannon’s DUI.
The last update was in April, so has anything changed? Shannon gave another update and wasn’t specific but she did mention a lot of drama.
“Where do you currently stand with Tamra since the reunion?” a fan asked. “And do you think the Three Amigas can get back together?”
Shannon looked a bit surprised by the question. “Oh,” she said. “Well, you’ll have to tune in. We just finished filming The Real Housewives of Orange County and I will tell you, there was so much drama this season, but it’s stuff you wouldn’t even script. It’s like where did that come from?”
She didn’t touch on the rumors about Tamra’s potentially early exit and feud with Gretchen Rossi. Though she did admit there was quite a bit to look forward to.
“There is a lot,” Shannon admitted. “And you’ll be able to see where Tamra and I stand.” She paused, “Do I think there will ever be a reunion of the Tres Amigas? Well, never say never,” she started magnanimously. “But, I’m gonna say no.”
Well, that sounded pretty definitive.
The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres Thursday, July 10 at 9 p.m. on Bravo and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
