Bravo’s Summer House and The Valley Enjoy Record Viewing Figures

Leaving on a high note. As data of Summer House and The Valley viewership hit record numbers, it’s clear that Paige DeSorbo knew when to leave. NBCUniversal shared the data on the hit Bravo TV shows. And the numbers don’t lie, fans love to tune in.

Summer House just finished airing its ninth season, after running since February 12. And the highly anticipated Season 2 of The Valley premiered in April. Viewers tuned in in droves to see the back story of Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s separation.

The Valley and Summer House are seeing big streaming success

As per NBCUniversal, Season 9 of Summer House averaged 2.2M viewers throughout all viewing options. That puts it as the most watched season of the series. Even Season 8, with the hotly anticipated story line of Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard’s break up, didn’t do as well. Season 9 is up 5% in comparison. Peacock viewership alone is up 31%.

Episodes 11 through 15 made notable impressions. Viewership increased 14%. As per the data, those particular episodes were the most-watched on Peacock in seven days.

Despite the reunion airing on May 21, there are other viewing opportunities for Summer House fans. On June 11, Bravo is sharing a never-before-seen segment called Summer House: Under the Covers.

As for The Valley, 3.1M viewers tuned in for the premiere episode. That’s counted across all platforms. The last time a Bravo series had such numbers for a second season debut, The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans were tuning in for Season 2 in 2010.

And interest is only increasing as the season continues. Per the data, viewership is increasing at 7% after six episodes on Peacock. Fans love tuning in for next-day viewing, putting The Valley at third in the category of any NBCU show ever.

Clearly, the cast understands the assignment. Whether it’s Jax’s raging-texting from rehab, or Jasmine Goode saying Janet Caperna gives “Karen energy,” fans can’t get enough.

Catch The Valley Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
