According to court papers obtained by Page Six, on July 4, Denise told Aaron that he and his family had to move out.

“Over the course of nearly two hours, Aaron repeatedly got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities,” Denise wrote. “Including calling me a ‘c*nt whore’ and a ‘piece of sh*t’ and screaming at me, ‘Nobody likes you.’”

The documents continued, “Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly in an aggressive manner. I told Aaron repeatedly that he needed to stay away from me and that he was going to hurt me.”

However, Denise claimed that he returned to their home the next day. He allegedly “got within inches” of her face and screamed at her again. He also allegedly “violently hit the bill of [her] hat with the back of his hand,” and it flew off her head.

“This caused me to be scared, terrified, and fearful for my life,” Denise stated. She added that Aaron allegedly said that she would “disappear” if she decided to call the police.

Denise also claimed that Aaron was abusive during their entire marriage. However, she didn’t divorce him because he allegedly often threatened to kill Denise or himself.

Page Six did not hear back from Aaron for comment about Denise’s claims.
