A White House spokesperson attacked Joy Behar, and Andy Cohen has responded
Andy is pals with Joy Behar of The View. In fact, Joy even kidded with Andy about joining The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. So, when Joy made some disparaging comments about President Trump, the White House took notice.
DECIDER reported that Joy called out Trump on The View for being “jealous of [President Barack] Obama because Obama is everything that he is not. Trump cannot stand it. It’s driving him crazy,” she added.
Well, White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers issued a statement to The Hollywood Reporter regarding the episode. “Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. She should self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air,” Taylor said.
So, Andy clapped back, and it was hilarious. “Tonight’s Jackhole goes to White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers, who took time out of what I assume is her very busy schedule to call our friend Joy Behar an irrelevant loser,” Andy said at the end of a recent episode of WWHL.
“Finally, an administration who is going after the real enemies of the people, the 2007, Season 10 cast of The View,” he stated as a cast photo, including Rosie O’Donnell and Joy, appeared onscreen. “Keep going, you guys,” Andy added.
Of course, Andy has tangled with the POTUS before. He fielded an angry call from the President when Teresa Giudice referred to him as “broke” on WWHL. Meanwhile, Andy also dragged him after his debate with Kamala Harris.
