Scheana Shay, formerly of Vanderpump Rules, has recently opened up about a lot of things. Amidst all the tea she spilled in her memoir, something else she opened up about was her fallout with Ariana Madix. She also revealed that she hasn’t heard from her friend and co-star following the shocking revelation that her hubby Brock Davis had an affair.
In case you haven’t heard yet, Scheana’s new memoir, My Good Side, just dropped. In the book, she shared pretty intimate details about her life. One shocking revelation was that Brock cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter.

Scheana appeared on the July 22nd episode of SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio. She answered host Evan Real’s question about whether Ariana reached out since the book’s release. The answer was a quick but definitive “No.”
This was surprising to hosts as they felt Scheana gave so much context as to why she didn’t reveal the infidelity when it happened. It unfolded at the same time as Scandoval and Scheana didn’t want the narrative to be about her that season.
“No, that moment still needed to be about Ariana,” Scheana explained. “I was trying to support her the best I could. This was while still doing my job, while trying not to hate Tom (Sandoval) as much as I hated him. Because then I would also have to keep hating my husband and it’s like, how do I release one and not the other?”
She added that it was one of the hardest years of her life and she chose to keep it private. Scheana admitted that there were moments she wanted to tell Ariana. But she also didn’t want to dump on her because she was going through a lot. And then a year passed and she hadn’t told her.
“Right before she was getting ready to leave for Love Island USA, I reached out and sent a text,” Scheana revealed. She added that she didn’t get a response, though.
But she did think that after the news broke that Ariana might have reached out. That hasn’t happened though (yet). But perhaps the two will get to have a conversation about it in the future. At least Scheana hopes they do.
“I hope that one day, privately, we can sit on my couch and have that conversation I wanted to have two years ago,” she admitted. “I miss her, she was my best friend.”
