Trigger Warning: This article contains a discussion of domestic violence allegations.
The acrimonious divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers is getting messier by the day. Denise has alleged that Aaron is physically and emotionally abusive, and she was granted a restraining order.
Before Denise made these allegations, Aaron filed for divorce on July 7. Since then, the two have been hurling accusations at each other. And there appears to be no end in sight.
Aaron Phypers also denied stealing Denise Richards’ laptop

Aaron also claimed that Denise cheated on him with Rudy Reyes, the star of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. In court documents, Denise accused Aaron of sending nude photos and private text messages to media outlets from her electronic devices. A judge ordered Aaron to return Denise’s laptop and phone. The judge also instructed Aaron to stop sending any further images of Denise’s body.
“I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones,” Aaron told US Weekly. “These claims are not only untrue – they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.” He added, “In reality, Denise took my phone without consent, physically assaulted me when I tried to retrieve it, and later I discovered it smashed and hidden in a black trash bag inside the recycling bin.”
Aaron continued, “Let me be very clear: all photos, videos, and communications she is referring to originated from my phone, which I lawfully own. Nothing was stolen or hacked.” He added, “Everything being claimed can be disproven. And I trust that the truth will come to light.”
Plus, Aaron claimed that he filed for divorce because of Denise’s alleged affair with Rudy. Hopefully, the truth will come to light amid this tangled and volatile split.
