Real Housewives of New Jersey fans typically yearn for the early days of the series. The show centered around family, tradition, and some weirdly dramatic fashion shows. Of course, Joe Giudice was married to Teresa Giudice, and we watched their four daughters grow up on TV.
Naturally, “Juicy” Joe has fond memories of those early RHONJ seasons. Unfortunately, their lives were upended when both Joe and Teresa served prison time for committing fraud. Meanwhile, Joe was deported to Italy once he completed his sentence.
Now, he and Teresa are amicably divorced, and he is living in the Bahamas.
Could RHONJ stars Teresa and Joe Giudice reunite?
As you may recall, Teresa couldn’t get over her resentment towards Joe after the death of her mother, Antonia Gorga. That is what led to her decision to divorce Joe. Then she married Luis Ruelas.
Recently, Joe was a guest on his eldest daughter Gia Giudice’s podcast, Casual Chaos. Gia asked her father a “joke question” about his future with his ex-wife. “Knock on wood, if mom and Luis [Ruelas] ever broke up, would you and mom ever consider getting back together?” Gia asked. Awkward!
“Well, listen, I’ll always be your mom’s friend, no matter what. You know what I mean?” Joe responded. “So it doesn’t matter. I mean, I’ll always be the same with her no matter what.”
He continued, “I mean, listen, you can never say never. I mean, maybe if we’re still alive when we’re 90, I don’t know, we’ll see.” Juicy Joe added, “I mean, in life, you never know, but right now, I’m happy.”
Plus, Joe is dating a woman named Margie, and according to Gia, she and her sisters adore her. As for how Joe feels about Luis? “As long as he treats you guys right, you know, treats your mom right, that’s all that matters,” Joe told Gia.
