Kim Zolciak’s love life keeps finding its way into the courtroom. The Real Housewives of Atlanta/Don’t Be Tardy alum is still untangling her divorce from Kroy Biermann, but has already found herself connected to another legal battle.
Her new boyfriend, Texas businessman Kyle Mowitz, is in the middle of a heated, expensive split from his estranged wife, Jillian Green. Jillian had plenty to say about Kim during a recent deposition.
Kyle filed to end his marriage in March, calling the relationship “irretrievably broken.” The two share young twins and had been married since 2017. His court papers claimed his relationship with Kim had nothing to do with the breakup.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Jillian didn’t hold back when Kim’s name came up during her June 16 deposition. “I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” she said. Jillian added that people in their community described Kim as “dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”
She admitted she doesn’t believe Kim caused her marriage to fall apart. Still, she accused Kyle of suspicious financial behavior. Jillian claimed he transferred millions in assets into a trust that her attorneys valued “in excess of $100 million dollars.”
His legal team fired back. They insisted the trust wasn’t created to hide money and said Jillian was the one who initiated their split.
The plot thickened when Jillian revealed she had been contacted by Kroy. She said he reached out to “warn” her about Kim. “He called me,” Jillian testified, claiming Kroy said Kim “was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, wasn’t present for her children.” She also alleged he showed her grocery receipts charged to Kyle’s cards.
Kim has denied all of Kroy’s accusations. During a recent Q&A, she confirmed she’s dating a new Big Poppa Kyle. “Almost two years after I filed for divorce, I went on my first date and we have been together since,” she said. She added, “Kyle and I went through the exact same situation, so we identify with each other.”
