Kyle Richards is tending to her financial interests. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member chooses to invest in real estate. And the original series star has just treated herself to another property for her portfolio. Just in time for the holidays.
The RHOBH veteran star owns several homes with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. That includes the Encino estate where she resides. There’s a Bel-Air home measuring 6,229-square feet. Then there are two vacation homes. One is in Coachella Valley and the other in Aspen, Colorado. This new one is just for Kyle.
Kyle Richards has a passion for real estate
During BravoCon 2025, Kyle spoke to The Daily Dish about the current state of her investments. And she spoke about her future plans.
“I just bought another home,” she revealed during the weekend in Las Vegas. “You know, people do stocks. They do other investments. Like, real estate is what I love. I’m very passionate about it. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning. People think I am looking through my emails. No, I am looking at real estate all the time. I know every market of every state you could imagine.”
The interest runs in the family. Kyle’s two daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexia Umansky, are both real estate agents. Of course, Mauricio himself founded the elite real estate brokerage, The Agency.
According to Kyle, it’s a subject she can still discuss with her estranged husband. She revealed, “I mean, Mau is very impressed when I tell him, ‘Oh, you know, I saw this property here. This is how much they’re going for.'”
“He’s like, ‘You really do know your stuff,'” the producer added.
With their ongoing separation, the subject of the joint homes have come up. However, the RHOBH star insisted that despite discussing the issue, “we don’t want to sell any of our homes.” Earlier this year, Kyle once again denied any plans to sell her home.
