Southern Charm Alum Taylor Ann Green Escalates Salley Carson Feud: ‘Narcissistic and Desperate’

Taylor Ann Green got pulled back into Southern Charm drama. The Southern Charm alum didn’t take kindly to being compare to cast sophomore star, Salley Carson. Now, the ladies are volleying insults back and forth on social media. So much of reality TV fodder takes place off camera these days doesn’t it?

Taylor does have reason to feel uncomfortable about Salley. She slept with Shep Rose after he and Taylor broke up. The Core Spinal representative also briefly dated Taylor’s boyfriend of two years, Gaston Rojas. While filming Southern Charm Season 11, Salley actively pursued Craig Conover while also flirting with Austen Kroll. A TikTok user labeled Salley as a “pick me” girl, and compared her to Taylor. Now, they are sparring on social media.

Taylor accused Salley of “manipulating a doctor into cheating on his wife.” The former Bravolebrity also suggested her nemesis was “fully dating someone the entire time they were filming this past season while also trying to hook up with both Craig and Austen.”

The comment was deleted, but not before Salley had her chance to respond. She wrote, “Wild how strangers can confidently state ‘facts’ about situations they’ve never been in and people they don’t actually know. Let me just say, the rumors circulating online about my personal life are completely false. The only doctor I’ve ever been involved with was my ex-fiancé and he was well out of his marriage when I met him.”

The reality TV star continued, “Secondly, I did not have a boyfriend while filming this season. Thirdly, the person making these accusations needs to shut their mouth before I open mine.”

Taylor defended her initial reaction in the the original TikTok video comments. She was adament that had she not been tagged and compared to “that girl,” she wouldn’t have waded into the drama.

“I’ve taken a lot of heat being compared to people, but I draw the line with this one. I stepped away from the show for a reason and considering everything I went through, during and after I had already admitted to my mistakes, I’m extremely proud of how far I’ve come and I will not stand for this type of comparison… please stop tagging me and comparing me to a narcissistic and desperate newcomer,” Taylor wrote.

Catch Southern Charm Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
