Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules features a new cast with familiar drama. These SURvers are actually working at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant, except for one cast member. There are toxic relationships, budding romances, and messy friendships.
While some VPR fans have been slow to warm up to the newbies, Lisa has faith in this crew. “I’m very excited about the new cast. Hopefully, this time next year they’ll be a pain in my *ss,” Lisa previously explained, “because that’s when you know the show’s a success!” Meanwhile, one new romance may already be circling the drain.
Angelica Jensen and Jason Cohen’s night out didn’t go very well
Well, Angelica Jensen made an entrance for the ages when she slipped and fell as Lisa introduced her to the cast. However, Angelica caught the eye of Jason Cohen. After Angelica’s rooftop pool party ended, the duo apparently hit up a bar.
“Oh my god, I literally want to throw up,” Angelica told Audrey Lingle about the supposed date. “Don’t even say his name.” Angelica continued, “Right away, I kind of clocked the fact that he knew every single girl at Barney’s. Like, that was kind of a red flag.”
What happened next floored Angelica. Jason saw “some girl” at the bar and went over to see her. According to Angelica, the woman was “sitting in his lap,” and she and Jason were “all over each other.” Yikes! In her confessional, Angelica noted that Jason was a “serial canoodler.” When Angelica left, Jason unfollowed her on Instagram.
After this debacle, the duo met up in SUR’s famed back alley for a chat. In Jason’s mind, Angelica should have come over to “save” him from the other woman’s lips. However, when Angelica asked him if he was involved in another romantic “situation,” his response was an eye-opener. “I’m not in a relationship, but I have options.” The two squabbled, and Jason accused her of being “clingy.” Later, Jason sent Angelica a text inviting her out. Lordy!
Vanderpump Rules airs on Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
