Things are not looking up for Aaron Phypers. The estranged husband of reality TV star and actress Denise Richards is facing a tumultuous divorce and a recent eviction. Now, it is reported to he is being sued over allegedly promising to cure a woman’s cancer in his former Malibu health and wellness center.
Aaron was sued for allegedly promising to cure a woman’s cancer

According to Starcasm, on November 13, 2024, Rupert Perry filed a lawsuit against Aaron for breaching a verbal agreement about a treatment at Quantum 360, his Malibu wellness center.
According to the lawsuit, Rupert’s wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, died of cancer in May 2024. She had allegedly received treatment from Aaron at the center the previous year.
In the filing, it states that Elina was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019. Sarcoma is a rare cancer that impacts the body’s bones and soft tissue. She decided to pursue stem cell treatment for her cancer at Aaron’s Q360 Club.
According to Rupert, Aaron verbally promised that the treatment “would cure or at least ameliorate Elina’s condition.” He allegedly told Elina that the treatment has a 98% success rate. He promised a 50% refund if the treatment did not work.
This is not the first time Q360 has been in trouble. Aaron’s former employee called the work environment “abusive,” and he is still in debt from loans he took out for the business.
He is also on the hook for back rent, resulting in his recent eviction from his home in Calabasas, California. He shared the home with the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, but Denise left that home, and Aaron stayed there with his family.
Aaron has a lot to juggle. Between debts, requesting spousal support, getting hit with restraining orders, and now being evicted, it looks like his 2026 is off to a rocky start.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock.
