The tumultuous divorce between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers is raging on. The ugly split played out in the headlines, with nasty allegations flying from both sides. It has been … a lot.
After Denise accused Aaron of physical abuse, she was finally granted a permanent restraining order against him. According to the court order, Aaron must stay 100 yards away from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum and her place of work.
Meanwhile, the former couple is still fighting over finances, including the money from Denise’s hugely popular OnlyFans.
Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ divorce is ongoing
Aaron has not made a secret of his financial woes. Following the former duo’s eviction from the home they once shared, Aaron’s mother made a public plea for help. She created a GoFundMe for her son. It seems that Aaron has significant expenses and debt. His debt alone is approximately $850,000.
Meanwhile, Aaron also asked the court for spousal support from Denise. And, of course, Aaron asked for half of the money that Denise banked from her OnlyFans account. According to the legal documents, Aaron took the photos and claimed that he owns the copyright to the images.
However, Denise would beg to differ. According to TMZ, in new legal papers, Denise asked the judge to turn down Aaron’s request for half of the $200,000-$300,000 she reportedly earns monthly from OnlyFans. Denise stated that Aaron missed a deadline last week to submit his updated expense and income paperwork.
According to Denise, as of yesterday, he had not filed the necessary paperwork. Meanwhile, the judge hasn’t ruled on Denise’s request yet. It looks like this messy divorce is not going to be settled anytime soon.
