Season 3 of The Valley looks very different in terms of cast. First and foremost, Jax Taylor is no longer involved in the series. After announcing his exit after the previous season to focus on his health, his ex-wife Brittany Cartwright has continued on the show without him.
While Jax has left the show, there’s two new faces replacing him. Well, they aren’t new if you’ve watched Vanderpump Rules. Both Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz have been added. Fans have had a mixed reaction, but when it comes to Brittany, she’s all for it.
The new Valley cast members “make sense” according to Brittany
Brittany was a recent guest on Watch What Happens Live. During the segment, Andy Cohen asked what she thought about Tom and Lala joining the cast, and she had nothing but nice things to say.
“Oh, I love them. Yeah, I think they are a great addition. They’re obviously dear friends and real friends of ours for years and years and years,” she explained in the April 15 episode.
The reality TV star continued to look down memory lane of this trio, which has had some ups and downs. Brittany and Lala had a falling out back in 2024 over a shared babysitter. Not to mention the weird moment when Tom admittedly lied about the status of Brittany and Jax’s relationship.
Nonetheless, it’s clear that Brittany sees that all as water under the bridge, given their long history.
“I lived down the hallway from Schwartz for so long. Me and Lala have been friends. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding. We had kids two weeks apart from each other. Like, we have grown up together.”
The Valley airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes will stream on Peacock.
