Below Deck Down Under certainly isn’t Below Deck without the crew’s crazy shenanigans. But this time, they may have gone too far, and Captain Jason Chambers is not happy. In the sneak peek for Episode 13, he is fuming over the crew’s late-night party that leaves the boat a huge mess just hours before their next charter.
The BDDU captain is furious in the next episode
The drama keeps amping up on BDDU. The sneak peek of the upcoming episode hints at more upcoming drama with 2nd Stew Jenna Woudberg, deckhand Eddy Hounsell, and Chef Ben Robinson. After kissing sounds were heard coming from Ben and Jenna in his room, Jenna heads out and climbs straight into Eddy’s bed!
Meanwhile, Captain Jason… He was hoping the crew would get on the same page after he chatted with them at the villa about working hard for the next few charters. So imagine his surprise when he walks through the boat at 6:52 am and finds it a mess, just hours before the next charter.
There are half-empty alcohol bottles, dirty glasses, corks still on corkscrews, and more strewn all over the room. Captain Jason decides he’s had enough and gives the crew a wake-up call (literally).
“They need to get their sh*t together and do the job right,” he said.
The crew gathers together, and Captain Jason berates them for turning up at 7:05 am. He reminds them they need to be ready on time.
“You’re just all over the place,” he tells the team. “The boat’s a mess. You sit and you know we’re a 7 o’clock start, Captain wants to talk to you, we come here together, and we get started together as a team. But if you keep going around like that, it’s just gonna be fail, fail, fail.”
Captain Jason adds that they didn’t know each other five charters ago, but now they do. There is no excuse for the upcoming charter not to excel. He leaves the crew to clean up and get ready, hopefully with a renewed fire.
