This is not a yard sale. This is a crisis. Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore appears to have been removed from the space that was once known as the Kenya Moore Hair Spa. Videos are circulating online showing crews dragging all of the equipment out of the salon and onto the sidewalk. We don’t want to jump to the “E” word, but this is kind of looking like an eviction.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has some trouble on her hands
As RHOA fans know, Kenya Moore Hair Spa became ground zero for the scandal that nearly derailed Season 16. Kenya unleashed a poster-board that supposedly showed sexually explicit images of a woman whose name may or may not have been Brit Eady. The rest is history.
Since then, the hair spa has experienced a myriad of issues. For months, fans speculated that it never actually opened. Atlanta residents called out the business for its unusual operating hours and limited appointment availability.
Things got worse when Kenya’s landlord hit her with a lawsuit in October 2025, claiming that there was a $44K balance of unpaid rent dating back nearly a year.
Kenya denied it, and she told the court that the landlord agreed to reimburse her for renovations on the building. Allegedly, she invested $300K of her own money into updating the space and never received the reimbursement from the landlord.
In February, Kenya lost that lawsuit, and according to court docs reviewed by TMZ, a judge gave her two months to fork over $87,976 for the unpaid rent, dating all the way back to December 2024. They also told her to resume paying her monthly rent of $5,000. Otherwise, she’d be removed from the premises.
Based on what we’re seeing in these videos, it seems like the latter happened, but Kenya hasn’t commented on it. Either way, someone should probably let her know that all of her stuff is outside.
