Kroy Biermann wants a front row seat to seeing his wife squirm. The former NFL linebacker’s attorneys are seeking a copy of Kim Zolciak’s vulnerability in court, along with a transcript of the event. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was grilled about the gifts and trips that her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, reportedly purchased for her.
She gave sworn testimony in court in a case concerning Kyle and his ex-wife, Jillian Greene. Last year, Kyle was dragged into the divorce proceedings with Jillian, as the latter is seeking an estimated $100 million.

Kim’s court testimony may be killing two birds with one stone. Kroy may get to see her getting grilled by lawyers while on the stand, though there’s another reason he and his team want that tape. Per TMZ, Kroy thinks that the video and its transcript contain evidence that would be beneficial to him in his divorce from the RHOA star.
While Kim and Kroy were married for over a decade, tension between them had apparently been palpable for a while. In 2023, Kim admitted that she had been planning to divorce the former Atlanta Falcon “for a while.” She would file for divorce from him that same year.
Getting his hands on that video and transcript will be no easy task. TMZ says there is a confidentiality agreement in place regarding that. Because of this, their sources do not believe Kroy or his lawyers will get a copy.
Since separating, both Kroy and Kim appeared to have cozied up to others. Reports indicate that Kroy and Kyle’s ex, Jillian, are dating. The two were recently spotted on a hike, being very flirty with one another. Kim and Kroy have six children.
