Next Gen NYC star Ariana Biermann recently shared her thoughts about her mom’s boyfriend. Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is involved in a messy divorce and custody dispute with her ex, Kroy Biermann. However, she has moved on with a new man, Kyle Mowitz. And it seems that Ariana is supportive of Kim’s new romance.

Meanwhile, Kyle is also involved in a tumultuous divorce from Jillian Green, and Kim has been dragged into the proceedings. Jillian filed legal papers accusing Kyle of paying Kim’s bills, rent, and her legal fees. So, she requested an injunction to stop Kyle from making any big purchases. While Kyle denied these allegations, a court has yet to decide on the matter.
Still, Ariana is happy about her mom’s new boyfriend. “My mom is my best friend,” Ariana told Bravo Insider. “We have never been so close, especially for the last few years. The boyfriend is incredible.”
Ariana continued, “He is one of the sweetest people. And he loves the heck out of her, so that’s all I can really ask.” She added, “She really needed him, and they have something that’s actually really beautiful.”
In October 2025, Kim went public with her new romance, sharing the news during an Instagram Stories Q&A. “Yes, almost 2 years after I filed for divorce, I went on my first date, and we have been together since,” she wrote. Kim hinted that they bonded over both navigating stormy divorces.
As for Ariana’s relationship with her stepfather, Kroy? “I really wish him the best in healing during this time, but I have not really spoken to him unless it’s asking him if I can see my siblings or something like that,” Ariana previously said.
Next Gen NYC airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo, while The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. Both stream on Peacock the following day.
