Handyman Eric Nieto is suing Lisa Vanderpump for a six-figure sum following his alleged fall at her $14 million mansion. Lisa hired Eric to perform work in her home several years ago, but on November 25, 2023, an incident reportedly took place in her mansion that left him injured. So, Eric is seeking a payout from this Vanderpump Villa star for his supposed pain and suffering.
Eric Nieto filed a lawsuit against LVP and Ken Todd in November

According to TMZ, Lisa is facing yet another lawsuit. But this time, the plaintiff is someone she hired to work in her home, not in one of her various places of business. As Eric noted in his filing, Lisa hired him to perform handyman work at her 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 8,801-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills. And this is where his claimed injury occurred.
While on the job, Eric says he had to use an interior stairway leading down to Lisa’s basement. On November 25, 2023, while walking down these stairs, his left foot supposedly became stuck on a stair tread. Eric cited the alleged dangerous and poorly maintained condition of this stairway in his filing. And this, he claimed, was what caused him to lose his balance and fall.
As a result of his fall, Eric reportedly suffered a severe injury to his left lower leg, including his ankle. So, last November, Eric filed a lawsuit against Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd. He is currently seeking $150,000 for his pain and suffering. Eric is also suing for an additional $45,000 to help cover his future medical expenses.
According to a source close to Lisa and Ken, these Bravo stars have referred this matter to their homeowner’s association.
