It’s all kicking off in LA right now. Or, at least, LA’s reality TV bubble. Mauricio Umansky, the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, has called out The Valley newbie Lala Kent over her recent claim that he slid in her DMs.
Kyle Richards’ estranged husband is coming in hot

To recap, Lala made some pretty juicy claims on her Untraditionally Lala podcast earlier this month. The former Vanderpump Rules star, who is now a cast member on The Valley, suggested that Mauricio reached out to her on social media while still navigating his and Kyle’s split.
According to Lala, Mauricio requested the pair meet up for a coffee. That’s because she had previously spoken about him on her, you guessed it, podcast. But, despite talking about Mauricio a fair bit, Lala clearly wasn’t interested in meeting him. She revealed she didn’t open the DM or respond to it.
As for the intention behind the DM? Lala admitted she wasn’t sure if it was damage control … or otherwise. Nonetheless, the reality TV star and mom-of-two said there was “not a chance” she’d agree to meet up.
So, now that’s covered, onto what Mauricio has said about all this. Per TMZ, a paparazzi questioned the real estate mogul about the claims this week, and while he did admit to DMing Lala, it wasn’t in the way she implied. To that end, he allegedly branded her a “f*cking liar” and accused her of “talking sh*t.”
As for Lala’s claim that she didn’t open the DM, Mauricio had a rebuttal for that. He explained that the offer to meet for coffee was at the end of his message … so she would have had to open it, and read to the very bottom to notice it.
