Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd could be facing jail time after being accused of orchestrating a revenge porn plot. Yes, really!
To make matters worse, the alleged revenge porn isn’t the only charge she’s facing. Kelly has been hit with a total of three charges, so if you see her begging for a Donald Trump pardon anytime soon, this is probably why.
Kelly Dodd’s charges, explained
According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, Kelly is accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” distributing sexually explicit images of a Jane Doe accuser. Allegedly, Kelly shared the content around August 29, 2025, causing the victim “severe emotional distress.”
In the court docs, prosecutors said that the former RHOC star recorded the victim having sex and masturbating without her permission. They said that Kelly and the victim agreed to keep the recording private, but she later shared it anyway.
The Jane Doe accuser also alleged that Kelly called her and threatened to injure her, her property, and her family. These threats were said to have happened right around the same time as the revenge porn.
In addition to the revenge porn charges, Kelly is facing a separate battery charge dating back to June 2025. That brings her grand total of charges up to three misdemeanors, and she could face jail time if convicted.
Kelly hasn’t publicly commented on the criminal charges. Over on her Instagram, things have been business as usual. Shortly after the charges went public, she uploaded a video showing her transforming a candle holder into the “chicest little salt holder.” Zero mention of the alleged revenge porn or those three misdemeanor charges.
She’s also not responded to any requests for comment.
