The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Yolanda Hadid is getting married again.
Sources familiar with the situation say that David Foster’s fourth ex-wife is engaged to real estate developer Randy Kendrick. Apparently, Randy proposed to Yolanda earlier this week, and she said yes.

According to TMZ, Yolanda’s intended is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform. He also serves as the CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC. Randy’s known in the industry for redeveloping large industrial properties into advanced manufacturing campuses.
Yolanda was previously engaged to Joey Jingoli, a construction executive based in Texas. Back in January 2025, she called off the engagement after six years together. A couple since 2019, they spent most of their time living on Joey’s Texas ranch.
Prior to her relationship with the Texas tycoon, Yolanda was married from 1994 to 2000 to real estate developer (and Lisa Vanderpump’s close friend) Mohamed Hadid. The couple share three children: Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid.
Following her divorce from Mohamed, Yolanda married music producer David Foster in 2011. Their relationship, as well as their huge Malibu home with its walk-in, glass-doored refrigerator, was featured on RHOBH. At the time, viewers were amused by Yolanda’s many pet names for David, including “my love” and “kind of my world” before they split in 2017.
In 2012, Yolanda was diagnosed with Lyme disease. During her run on RHOBH, the former model documented her journey fighting her illness, mostly undergoing experimental and new age treatments. Unfortunately, her daughter Bella was also diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012.
Though it’s unclear how long Yolanda and Randy have been dating, they seem ready to take the next step together. Congratulations and best wishes to the happy couple!
