On Instagram, the actress shared the sad news. “I will always remember times when we would laugh so hard it hurt!” said Garcelle. “Whenever I said I love you you would reply I love you more!” the post continued.
Among the other things Garcelle is remembering is Carole being there for her after she gave birth to her twin boys, Jax and Jaid. She ended the tribute by saying that she hopes Carole will be reunited with their mother and that the two are laughing it up. The circumstances that led to Carole’s death are unknown.
This tragic news comes during an eventful stretch for Garcelle. The actress, born in Haiti, left RHOBH in May, saying she felt like she “didn’t have any friends.”
Garcelle was the first Black person to join the show’s cast. She’d been nominated for Reality TV star of the Year multiple times at the People’s Choice Awards. Before delving into reality TV, she starred on The Jamie Foxx Show and NYPD Blue.
