Meghan Markle announced As Ever‘s latest product on social media. This comes amid her family vacation in Europe with Prince Harry and their two children. The trip comes after it was learned that the Sussexes will be making a UK visit this month, though ongoing security concerns have reportedly put those plans at risk.
Meghan Markle launches new product from As Ever
Meghan Markle’s brand, As Ever, took to Instagram to share its latest launch, Lavender Honey, which is described as a “floral gift of summer.” The caption also states that alongside the new product, they have also re-released single jars of orange blossom honey. The newest product release date is said to be June 30, and it is described as “one floral and one vibrant and sunlit.” According to the website, the product is worth $32.
Markle has previously opened up about her interest in beekeeping during an episode of the Netflix series With Love, Meghan. Sharing what makes her so passionate about this hobby, she added, “It’s like also that little reminder to do something that scares you a little bit. I think that’s part of it, but I’m trying to stay in the calm of it, because it’s beautiful to be this connected (via PEOPLE).”
This new product update comes amid Prince Harry’s search for options to resolve the security concerns to get the whole family to the UK. The statement shared with CBS read that he “continues to explore every available option to enable the visit to proceed safely and to give his children the opportunity to enjoy the UK.”
Another recent report also suggested that the visit may not be possible as the family wasn’t granted tax-funded security. The source stated that Prince Harry wants to bring the family with full security so that they remain protected while on the ground. They mentioned the visit may happen only if he can make the security arrangement work.
