Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly been advised to lay low to save their reputation. According to a royal expert, the Sussex couple should do “less talking” and “more execution.” These comments came after their documentary, “Cookie Queens,” allegedly failed to perform at the box office. The non-working royals served as the executive producers under their Archewell Productions banner.
Expert advises Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to ‘disappear professionally’ amid latest blow
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly been warned to consider a few things amid their latest blow. After their project “Cookie Queens” flopped at the box office, a royal expert advised the Sussexes to “disappear professionally” for the time being.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told Page Six that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been taking up new deals because of their name recognition. However, according to her, the pair might not understand the better way to bring “revenue from loyal consumers.” “I would tell them to disappear professionally for a little while,” she said.
Furthermore, Schofield advised that Markle and Harry should lessen new announcements and focus on “one genuinely compelling project.” They should seemingly pursue ventures with “experienced people around them who know how to execute it.” If the parents of two could follow her advice, then it might help them to do some “reputation recovery.” “But I don’t think it comes from another rebrand or another glossy publicity campaign. I would recommend the opposite. Less talking, fewer announcements and more execution,” the expert added.
According to her, conversations in Hollywood could change if Markle could create “something undeniable.” So far, the “Suits” alum has done well with her lifestyle brand, As Ever. She has also achieved success with two seasons of her Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan.” For those unversed, the show was recently nominated for the Daytime Emmy Awards. However, the streaming platform reportedly ended its collaboration with the Sussexes in March.
