After filing for divorce on July 6, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum requested a restraining order. According to court documents, the former NFL star must hand over a Glock 9mm pistol he kept in their bedroom.

Furthermore, court records ordered Marcellus to show proof of surrendering his gun when they return to court on July 24.

After filing for divorce, Annemarie requested a restraining order to protect herself and her children. Married for 12 years, the former couple share three kids.

According to US Weekly, Marcellus is not only prohibited from contacting Annemarie, but he’s ordered to stay at least 500 feet from her and their children.

During her marriage, the one-and-done RHOBH alum claims to have endured years of verbal and physical abuse. She also alleges that her husband raped her several times.

Additionally, she claims that Marcellus was physically abusive on several occasions, at times saying that she was his “property.” Annemarie alleged he also “exercised financial control” over her and had “admitted” to tracking her phone calls.

The last straw was when Marcellus was arrested in Orange County, Florida on July 4. According to Annemarie’s police statement, he claimed “he was going to kill her” after he “put his hands on her.” She also claimed he had an “unreported history of violence” toward her and that she planned to file for divorce.

For his part, Marcellus denied the allegations against him. Orlando police, however, found enough probable cause to arrest him for domestic violence battery.

Meanwhile, an update from US Weekly claims the pair have been ordered to participate in mediation over custody and visitation of their children.
