Meghan Markle’s Latest Career Move Has Royal Fans Talking

A report suggests that Meghan Markle is stepping back from podcast and interview appearances. The source claims that she doesn’t want to face tough questions and is way too guarded for unscripted formats. This decision comes amid the Duchess of Sussex’s difficult relationship with the press over the years.

Meghan Markle is stepping back from podcasts and interviews, sources say

According to Star Magazine, Markle is turning down offers related to public interviews and podcasts. “She’s afraid to go on other people’s shows where she’ll get asked tough questions in a long-form setting,” the source said.

They said that Markle is “too guarded and too self-controlled,” which doesn’t align with the relaxed and authentic nature of podcast conversations.

The insider added, “Everything she says and does is so manicured and rehearsed that nobody will ever look to her for authentic moments. In podcasting, that’s a death sentence.” While many may find this career move odd, some understand it may stem from her past experiences with the press.

This move also comes amid reports that Prince Harry and Markle are moving back to the UK. On Sunday, King Charles learned about their decision and looks forward to welcoming them.

He also wants to spend more time with them in a private capacity. Archie and Lilibet are also set to attend an undisclosed school, starting next month.

The family would be living in a private home, which is not a royal base. It is to be noted that the Sussexes are not returning to their royal responsibilities and will maintain their existing titles. The decision to move to the UK also comes after their emotional reunion with King Charles last month.

It was held at Highgrove House, the King’s private country residence in Gloucestershire, England. As it was a family gathering, details and pictures were not publicly disclosed.
