During Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, cracks in Bronwyn Newport’s marriage to Todd Bradley were clearly visible. The previous season, the couple worked through issues regarding Todd’s alleged emotional infidelity. However, Todd and Bronwyn’s marriage broke under the pressure.
Plus, during RHOSLC Season 6, Lisa Barlow repeated a rumor that Todd was kissing her friend. “And he farted, and it was a total mood killer,” Lisa claimed. Ah, the romance of it all. While it seemed that Bronwyn and Todd wanted to work on their marriage, she announced their separation at the RHOSLC reunion.
Bronwyn Newport is having to figure out what’s next amid separation
Recently, Bronwyn was a guest on the podcast, Let’s Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa. “Todd and I are tricky. We’ve been together for a long time,” Bronwyn explained. “I do really love Todd.”
The RHOSLC fashionista continued, “ Todd and I are separated, and it’s very difficult because our lives are so intertwined and so intermeshed after all this time together. And I hear him saying to me, since I’ve asked for that separation, that he wants to understand and he wants to do different[ly] and he wants to make it right,” Bronwyn stated. “And there is a huge part of me that wants that for him.”
So, what does Bronwyn envision for her future? “I think I’m being very difficult for Todd right now because I don’t know what I want next. I think I just want some space and some time to think about it,” she said. However, Bronwyn explained that Todd “would like to go back to how close and happy we were and he’s willing to make some changes to get there.” Still, Bronwyn doesn’t feel like she should “have to tell someone how to fix things with me.”
