After 11 years of marriage, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have gone their separate ways… Now, we’re getting all of the juicy details about their divorce settlement.
Of course, Real Housewives of Atlanta fans saw Todd reluctantly sign a prenup ahead of their televised wedding. We’ve followed this couple from the beginning to the end, so in a way, this kind of feels like our business, too. Let’s get into the details.
Todd Tucker will receive $426,000 from his ex Kandi Burruss
Kandi and Todd settled their divorce earlier this month, in what felt like record time for Bravolebrities. Us Weekly dug through all of the details of their paperwork, which details their custody agreement and asset division.
According to the settlement agreement, Kandi and Todd will share joint legal and physical custody of their two kiddos, Ace and Blaze. Neither of them will have to pay child support.
There also won’t be any spousal support. Instead, Kandi will pay Todd a lump sum of $426,000. They’re also dividing up a few real estate properties, but the specific details were redacted from the public filing.
You might recall seeing the headlines about Todd posting up inside their guest home, living rent-free. The divorce settlement is putting an end to that. Per the court docs, Todd has to move out of that guest house within 15 days. However, he’s going to be riding out of there in style.
The settlement agreement revealed that Todd drove off with six vehicles from the family’s fleet of cars. Why one person would need six vehicles is a mystery, but Todd’s got them. He got a
a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, 2020 Porsche 911, 2023 Range Rover, 1973 Ford Bronco, 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.
Meanwhile, Kandi is keeping a bunch of luxury vehicles for herself. She’s keeping their 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro.
With the divorce out of the way, Kandi is looking forward to diving back into creative projects and leaving this marriage in the past. Next month, she’s performing a one-woman show where she’ll seemingly address the split. The show is called “Kandi: I Do. I Did. I’m Done.”
