The newest scandal from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ cast is a jaw-dropper. Jessi Draper reportedly was spotted getting cozy with Chase McWhorter. The issue? He is the ex-husband of Miranda McWhorter, who is Jessi’s co-star.
Plus, Jordan Ngatikaura, Jessi’s estranged husband, filed for divorce on March 20 and attempted to get a temporary restraining order against Jessi. The former couple shares two children. Their marital drama played out during Seasons 3 and 4 of SLOMW. Their split, as well as their marriage, was tumultuous. Currently, Jessi and Jordan are no longer speaking.

Then Miranda shared a photo of flowers and a card via her Instagram Stories. “I completely understand you being upset with me,” the card read. “But wanted to send you a little something to let you know I’m thinking about you and I am so so sorry. – Jessi.” Miranda captioned the post, “Received the prettiest flowers just minutes ago.” I have a feeling that Miranda wasn’t thrilled about Jessi kissing her ex-husband.
This is getting very messy. As you may recall, Chase and Miranda were part of the MomTok “soft swinging” scandal with Taylor and her then-husband, Tate Paul. Meanwhile, Jessi had an emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa server Marciano Brunette. That affair, and her issues with Jordan, were a major storyline in SLOMW Season 3.
