Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak has agreed to be questioned under oath in her new boyfriend’s divorce trial. Lawyers representing her beau, Kyle Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, will interview her in private. The information will be kept secret and won’t be shared with any third parties.

Kim confirmed her romance with Kyle in October of last year. She is still going through her bitter divorce with estranged husband Kroy Biermann. And as it turned out, Kyle was also in the middle of a divorce battle with his ex Jillian.
But while Kim and Kroy are struggling financially, Kyle and Jillian are fighting for over $100 million in assets. That’s why Jillian wants to depose Kim.
Jililan previously subpoenaed Kim as part of her case. She wanted to question the reality star about any money, gifts, or loans that Kyle may have given her. Jillian also wants Kim to turn over all her correspondence and communications with Kyle and any documents related to any gifts given to her.
Kim called the subpoena “oppressive and unreasonable.” Her lawyer said it was unnecessary as Kim and Kyle’s relationship only began after he and Jillian split.
However, now it looks like Kim has agreed to be questioned. TMZ learned of the agreement that Kim and Jillian reached. The reality star will show up and answer any questions her lawyers may have, but in a closed-door private deposition.
Meanwhile, Kim still has her own divorce to worry about. She and Kroy are far from settling. Kroy has even accused her of being mentally and emotionally abusive. He recently shared that he was a domestic abuse survivor on his Instagram page.
